For updates to your storefront, configuring or installing apps, or design changes please contact us instead of contacting BigCommerce support.

Follow these instructions to get support from BigCommerce:


  1. Login to your storefront.
  2. Click on View Store.
  3. Copy your storefront’s URL from the browser’s address bar.
    (You do not need the portion of the URL after the ?).
  4. Look at the bottom of the left panel and click on Help.
  5. Locate your Support PIN in the footer of the Help menu.
  6. Click on the type of support you want.
  7. Enter the requested information, such as, your name, email, BigCommerce Store URL, Support PIN, and Subject.
