Follow these instructions to get support from BigCommerce:
- Login to your storefront.
- Click on View Store.
- Copy your storefront’s URL from the browser’s address bar.
(You do not need the portion of the URL after the ?). - Look at the bottom of the left panel and click on Help.
- Locate your Support PIN in the footer of the Help menu.
- Click on the type of support you want.
- Enter the requested information, such as, your name, email, BigCommerce Store URL, Support PIN, and Subject.
